From a young age, I’ve always played sports, always been competitive, and always wanted to be the best I could be in that sport. That has carried on throughout my whole life.

When I became a massage therapist, I naturally gravitated toward working with other athletes.I understood what it meant to have sport-related pain and injury and how that can affect the joy and performance in a sport.

As I treated my clients, I started to notice a pattern: they could train hard and have all the skill in the world, but their mindset was still holding them back.

So I decided to get training in modalities that could help specifically with mindset—Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I first started using it personally and noticed a huge difference in myself. I began to break down my own mental barriers and completely shifted my beliefs about what I’m capable of.

It was freeing, like a weight was lifted. I’m proud I had the curiosity and the courage to take that leap.

The most rewarding part of what I do is seeing someone’s whole energy change the moment they believe in themselves. When their subconscious beliefs align with their conscious beliefs, they become the best version of the athlete they want to be. And that confidence then flows into the rest of their life.

I believe that if your performance mindset is on point, everything else is easier. It’s not just about sport; it shapes your identity, your values, and all your behaviors.
