Hi, I’m Annie. Besides my family, climbing is my greatest passion. You couldn’t pay me to give it up. It’s a huge part of who I am. And I believe we all need that thing—the thing that lights us up inside. But if fear and self-doubt are holding you back from thriving in your passion, something needs to change.

I’ve been climbing since I was 12, and from the very beginning, it ignited something in me. But fear is part of climbing—just like it’s part of life. It’s easy to let it win, to let it get the better of us, and make us feel stuck so we can’t level up. But… what if that’s not true? What if fear doesn’t have to hold you back?

That question led me to NLP and hypnosis. Because there had to be something that could help.

And there was.

NLP gave me the tools to rewire my thinking, to approach self-doubt with focus and intention, which ultimately gave me confidence. And I realized: mindset is everything. Strength, flexibility, and technique all matter—but at the end of the day, it’s our mind that drives our actions.

When I took full responsibility for changing the way I think, everything shifted. I stopped seeing myself as a victim and blaming myself and others, and instead, I learned how to manage my emotions. I gained the behavioral flexibility to take action—even when fear showed up.

Because it’s not just about awareness—it’s about empowerment. When you step into that mindset, you unlock a future where you can trust yourself, take control, and take action. You’ve been capable all along. You just need the tools to access that strength.
